Public Information and Postsconsist of comments or content that you post to our Sites and the information about you that accompanies those posts or content, which may include a name, user name, comments, ratings, likes, status, specific shared data (product aisle locations, price or data edits, etc.), profile information and picture. Public information and posts are always public which means they are available to everyone and may be displayed in search results on external search engines.

Information from Social Media.If you access or log-in to our Sites through a social media service or connect an Affiliated service to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. This information is collected in order to better accommodate our service and build current and future aspects of our service based on this information collected to offer a better end-product and user interface for our members.

Referrals If you choose to use our referral service to tell someone else about our Sites or Affiliated services, we will ask you for that person’s name and email address (i.e. friends, family, etc.) who are not yet Members of our Sites, are over the age of 13,and whom you think would benefit from using our Sites. By providing someone's name and email address, you are consenting to the use of your name in any communications to this person. As such, you should only refer people that you know personally. If we invite you to use our Sites, you understand that such contact is not considered unsolicited. We will use the information you provide to automatically send to that person an email inviting him or her to our Sites.   1. Lists and List Sharing If you use lists features on our Sites, (e.g., in our mobile application or website), we will collect and store for you the items you put on your lists. We also may use that information to serve you tailored advertising, coupons, suggestions, notifications, or other content. For instance, if your list includes baby food, we may present you with a coupon, discount, or advertisement from us or an Affiliate for baby food or related items, such as diapers. We may also use this information to offer you alternative selections similar to the items on your lists. If you choose to invite someone to share your shopping list, we may ask you to provide us with that person’s email address in order to send them your invitation.   1. Location information Use of the Sites, including our mobile applications, and Affiliated services, may include location-based services. We cannot completely guarantee that your personally identifiable information is completely protected. We strongly urge you to protect any password you may have for peanutbutterlist.com and any Affiliated services and not share it with anyone, especially if they are pirates or work for the NSA.   You acknowledge and agree that peanutbutterlist.com cannot assume any responsibility or be liable for damages resulting from the transmission of any confidential or personal information that you make to us through the internet and that such communications are at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us via email using our contact form page at peanutbutterlist.com/contact or via regular mail using the address listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.   16.1 Sharing your personal information a. Personally Identifiable Information. We do not share personally identifiable information with our Affiliates or other third-parties for their marketing or promotional uses except as part of a specific program or feature in which you have chosen to participate, in which case we authorize those Affiliates or third parties to use your personally identifiable information only as necessary. In addition, we may use your personally identifiable information for the purpose of obtaining associated non-personally identifiable information from third parties, but we do not permit those third parties to use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than providing us with associated non-personally identifiable information.  
  1. Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may aggregate non-personally identifiable information (such as age, gender, household income, interests, zip code, state, coupon print and redemption data, purchase data and other automatically collected information that does not personally identify you) and share such aggregated information with our Affiliates in order to help them improve the marketing of their products and services. We may also share such non-personally identifiable information with our Affiliates when you interact with our promotional content on their websites. An Affiliate may match the non-personally identifiable information we provide with personally identifiable information you have previously provided to that Affiliate. For instance, if you have signed up for a loyalty account from one of our Affiliates, such as a grocery retailer, and request that our coupon be saved to that loyalty account, we will provide the Affiliate with the coupon and other information necessary to fulfill your request. The Affiliate may then match the information with your loyalty account which may contain your personally identifiable information. We also may share such non-personally identifiable information with third-party ad servers, ad networks, and data exchanges (“Ad Partners”) so that they can tailor their advertisements to your apparent interests and deliver those advertisements to you while you are either on our Sites or on Affiliate or third-party websites. For example, if you print pet food coupons, then an Ad Partner may conclude that you have a pet and display a pet care supply advertisement instead of a random advertisement. In addition, Ad Partners themselves use technologies (such as cookies, pixels, and beacons) to collect information about your browsing behavior on our Sites which they may match with information they have previously collected (including personally identifiable information you have provided to them).
However, we do not share personally identifiable information with Ad Partners, and we do not permit Ad Partners to collect personally identifiable information about you on our Sites. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
